- Direct management of the US based team, and global accountability for best practice with TSCOs in Asia, Canada, Europe and Lat Am.
- Accountable for responsible revenue growth across the team, managing the portfolio; focused on strategic planning, profitability, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal/presentation development and delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Corporate Bankers and colleagues across Trade, Liquidity, Investments and Foreign Exchange to develop customized treasury solutions.
- Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
- Maintain strong client focus, treasury expertise, awareness of evolving tech, innovation, and a broad understanding of bank structure and global cash management.
- Responsible for strong communication and interpersonal skills, influence, lead and mobilize business partners, with appropriate financial acumen.
- Provide unlimited client interactions via on‑site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, round tables and client events.
- Promote team leadership through coaching, establishing best practices, standardizing processes, leading by example, and encouraging teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Manage associates and support inclusive environment for employees and clients.
- Model inclusive environment aligned to company Great Place to Work goals.
- Demonstrate deep process knowledge, operational excellence and innovation through simplicity, data‑based decision making, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate enterprise decisions, purpose, and results, and connect to team strategy, priorities and contributions.
- Ensure proper risk discipline, controls, and culture to identify, elevate and debate issues.
- Provide coaching and feedback to motivate, differentiate and improve performance.
- Manage expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions.
- Assess talent and build bench strength for roles across the organization.
- Deliver results by prioritizing, inspecting and delegating team work.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- 5+ years of Treasury Sales experience, ideally serving large corporate clients.
- Deep knowledge across Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Trade Finance, Commercial Card and Merchant Services.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and a growth mindset.
- Ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
- Interest in treasury innovation, AI, digital assets and the future of payments.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Foreign language skills are desirable.
