Responsibilities include:
  • Direct management of the US based team, and global accountability for best practice with TSCOs in Asia, Canada, Europe and Lat Am.
  • Accountable for responsible revenue growth across the team, managing the portfolio; focused on strategic planning, profitability, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal/presentation development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Corporate Bankers and colleagues across Trade, Liquidity, Investments and Foreign Exchange to develop customized treasury solutions.
  • Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Maintain strong client focus, treasury expertise, awareness of evolving tech, innovation, and a broad understanding of bank structure and global cash management.
  • Responsible for strong communication and interpersonal skills, influence, lead and mobilize business partners, with appropriate financial acumen.
  • Provide unlimited client interactions via on‑site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, round tables and client events.
  • Promote team leadership through coaching, establishing best practices, standardizing processes, leading by example, and encouraging teamwork, communication and collaboration.
Managerial Responsibilities

  • Manage expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions.
  • Assess talent and build bench strength for roles across the organization.
  • Deliver results by prioritizing, inspecting and delegating team work.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • 5+ years of Treasury Sales experience, ideally serving large corporate clients.
  • Deep knowledge across Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Trade Finance, Commercial Card and Merchant Services.
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills.
  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
  • Interest in treasury innovation, AI, digital assets and the future of payments.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
