Associate Director Openings – Cost Management

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Currently partnered leading independent construction consultancy with a strong global presence and an established reputation for delivering cost management, project management, and advisory services on some of North America s most complex and high-profile construction projects.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire experienced Cost Management professionals at the Associate Director, Senior Associate Director, and Director levels.

• Lead cost management throughout the full project lifecycle
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead project meetings and coordinate consultants
• Mentor junior team members and support business growth
• Oversee project commercial performance and reporting

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of cost management or quantity surveying experience
• Leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• RICS accreditation is preferred but not essential
