Location: New York
Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale the iOS engineering team, owning the technical vision and people strategy for our mobile platform. You will partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and elevate iOS quality at a national scale.
You will drive high‑quality shipping with strong processes, mentor a team of 8–9 engineers, and foster a collaborative, high‑trust culture in a hybrid setup with in‑office presence in multiple cities.
