Responsibilities
- Create strategies and lead a team through high priority projects
- Collaborate with leaders to influence results that impact the company’s bottom line
- Lead important projects from day one, partnering with key stakeholders
- Drive transparency on priorities, delivery progress, and emerging risks/issues
- Develop strategic and tactical partnership for project delivery
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 Years of People Management experience
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- 6+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- 4+ years of People Management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
