Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to lead complex initiatives, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, reporting, risk management, and release coordination skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and executive teams.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of program and project management experience, with the ability to think both tactically and strategically while coordinating cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent program management and coordination skills, with proven experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong reporting skills, particularly in Jira, Tableau, and Excel, with the ability to present status reports to senior leadership and executives.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage project status updates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and related activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and risk management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate with stakeholders across various business units and geographic locations.
- Experience coordinating release activities for large‑scale implementations, including creating runbooks, tracking progress, proactively identifying issues, and escalating risks as needed.
Base compensation range: $61,087 – $104,364. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
