What You’ll DoSenior Project Manager responsible for the operational engine behind a key client engagement. Design, build, and evolve systems that power creative delivery from kickoff through launch, partner with clients and cross‑functional teams, and leverage AI and modern workflows to increase efficiency.
Build Smarter SystemsDesign, implement, and continuously improve creative workflows, delivery processes, and operational frameworks that evolve alongside client needs and business goals.
Lead with ConfidenceServe as the primary operational partner for your client, leading delivery conversations, status meetings, and workflow discussions with clarity, professionalism, and proactive communication.
Turn Complexity into ClarityTranslate changing client priorities, campaign needs, and feedback into actionable project plans, updated workflows, and aligned internal teams without losing momentum.
Drive Delivery ExcellenceOwn project timelines, deliverables, and campaign calendars, proactively identifying risks, solving roadblocks, and keeping work moving from kickoff to completion.
Optimize Through AILeverage AI‑powered tools and automation to improve briefing, project tracking, communication, and creative operations while continuously exploring new ways to work smarter.
Lead Resources StrategicallyManage resource planning, staffing, and team capacity to ensure projects are appropriately supported while maintaining a sustainable workload across the engagement.
Empower the TeamMentor and support junior project managers while fostering strong collaboration across creative, strategy, and client teams to deliver exceptional work together.
Continuously ImproveRegularly evaluate delivery processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions before challenges become client‑facing issues.
What You’ll Need- 5+ years of project management experience within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similarly fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience building and optimizing project management systems, workflows, and operational processes, not simply maintaining existing ones.
- Strong client‑facing experience with the confidence to lead delivery conversations, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships.
- Expertise managing complex, multi‑disciplinary creative projects with competing priorities and evolving scopes.
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and staffing across cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable (or similar project management and collaboration platforms).
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency, project workflows, and team productivity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills with a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
