We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Selden, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce policies, procedures, and standards; schedule mechanics/technicians’ work; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and safeguard team members’ safety.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, and directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians. They ensure timely high‑quality repair and maintenance, communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, and strive to meet expectations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts/tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
