Electrical Project Manager - New York, NY

Job Type: Direct Placement

• Plan, oversee and direct electrical projects for construction.
• Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project.
• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule.
• Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations.
• Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts.

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Electrical Project Manager) are a plus.
• Experience managing high‑rise and mixed‑use buildings of 8+ stories.
• Experience managing electrical scopes of $8MM+.
• Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

• Must be aware of OSHA safety standards.
• May be exposed to heights and loud noises.
• May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending.
• May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
• Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
