Salary Range
: $119,000 - $128,000 annually
Perkins Eastman is seeking a Project Manager with a passion for project leadership, quality of services, and architectural design. Based in our New York office, you'll join a global, single‑profit‑center firm that offers the potential to pursue opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally. Support a variety of practice areas, including healthcare, residential, senior living, workplace, K12, higher education and hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long‑term client relationships and championing design excellence and sustainability.
- Lead and inspire teams through all phases of design and delivery, from visioning to construction.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed our clients' goals for budget, schedule, and performance.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, planners, consultants, and contractors to deliver innovative learning environments.
- Manage and oversee project budgets, contracts, staffing, and schedules while delivering on financial performance objectives, managing the overall quality of small and large projects.
- Mentor and develop staff, providing guidance and creating opportunities for growth.
- Assist with firm‑wide practice area leaders and principals to support all aspects of business development efforts, fee proposals, while reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Leverage Perkins Eastman's global resources and thought leadership to bring new ideas and best practices into every project and initiative.
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture (required).
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading project teams through all project phases.
- Licensed Architect is preferred.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience reviewing contracts, negotiating project scope, and developing fee proposals.
- Expertise in Revit, MS Office Suite, and experience with Bluebeam Revu.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations while delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements across the U.S.
