Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Manager to establish state arbitration as a formal function with its own strategy, workflows, and team in New York/US operations. You’ll inherit the State Arbitration group, own end-to-end lifecycle, and drive improvements across filing, eligibility, and outcomes.
You will partner with Data & Analytics and Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap, optimize remittance and state vs federal processes, and grow a dedicated operational team to scale the function.
