Supervise all activities in the produce department including product placement, rotation, signage, and displays;
Ensure HACCP compliance and conduct HACCP audits;
Maintain accurate inventory and oversee pricing/stock levels with the Inventory Controller;
Develop schedules, monitor performance, and manage hiring/interviewing/discipline;
Merchandise and maintain department appearance and cleanliness
