Restaurant Depot - 22 Warehouse Row - Responsibilities:
Receive product and ensure aisles, freezers, and refrigerators are stocked, labeled, clean; ensure delivered product is packed out;
Supervise meat department activities including product placement, rotation, signage, and displays;
Develop schedules and monitor staff performance; train employees in responsibilities and SOPs;
Ensure HACCP compliance and conduct HACCP audits;
Maintain inventory records and oversee ordering to control shrink and spoilage
