Location: New York
Overview
This position provides strategic oversight to define and execute a unified strategy for analytics, operations and SHIN-NY support to ensure alignment with BronxRHIO's mission and vision.
Responsibilities- Collaborates with data requesters: providers, public health departments, CBOs, researchers, etc.
- Oversee projects to ensure completion within time constraints and high quality. Hiring, supervision and mentoring of project staff.
- Lead Bronx RHIO analytics team in identifying and addressing client data needs for value-based payment, quality improvement, research and care management.
- Ensure that all RHIO informatics output is high-quality and includes only validated, properly normalized data from all sources, that reporting logic is sound and that output mechanisms meet user requirements.
- Lead expansion of use of RHIO data into Research utilizing HIE data.
- Lead expansion of Bronx RHIO's analytic functionality.
- Position is 100% externally funded.
