We are looking for an Assurance Manager to join our Affordable Housing team in our New York office. This role can be remote or hybrid, with an expected average of 3 days per week in the office.

YOUR TEAM.

The position supports the Affordable Housing Group, a large real estate advisory practice. You will work with a team ranging from Associates to Partners, focused on delivering value to clients in community development and real‑estate advisory.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre‑engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Illustrate budgets and schedules
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting required
• CPA designation is required
• 5+ years’ experience in a public accounting firm required
• Knowledge of audit software Pro System Fx a plus
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation (verbal and written) skills

In New York City, the salary range for an Assurance Manager is $105,000 to $170,000. The total rewards package includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best‑in‑class learning platforms.
