Role OverviewVP Account Directors run a book of business at Remedy Edge. They are responsible for helping clients and our agency meet their strategic and financial goals. They are strategic thinkers, liaisons between agency functions integrators, and problem‑solvers.

- Work with management to staff brands and ensure equitable division of work
- Foster collaborative environment across teams
- Be a manager and coach recognizing and developing talent
- Navigate complex situations with tact, diplomacy, and solution‑oriented focus
- Grow business through pitches, new business, and organic growth
- Identify opportunities where agency COEs can be leveraged for clients
- Develop agency‑wide presence that transcends individual assignments
- Manage team finances in partnership with Project Management
- Contribute to agency by leading initiatives that help better agency vision/goals

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of medical marketing and/or agency experience
- Previous experience managing a high‑performing team(s)
- Specialist in Patient Pharmaceutical advertising
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office 3 days/week.
Salary range: $135,000 – $179,000.
