CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Staten Island, NY. The SMIT program is a development-focused path designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through a self-paced, collaborative 16-week training with both virtual and hands-on components.
You will work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build leadership skills, engage the team, and learn inventory, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
