Project Manager, Operations Management, Project & Program Management

We are seeking a Project Manager based in New York to manage end-to-end jewelry development projects for North American luxury clients. As the key bridge between our New York clients and China-based design and manufacturing teams, you will oversee project execution from initial concept alignment and sampling to final production delivery.

• Manage full-cycle jewelry development projects, including product briefing, sampling, approval and production delivery.
• Develop project timelines, milestones and coordination plans to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with clients, designers and China-based teams to align creative requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
• Serve as the main client contact, manage expectations and resolve project challenges.
• Support product optimisation related to materials, craftsmanship, quality and production feasibility.
• Ensure jewelry products meet brand quality requirements and relevant US market standards.

• 5+ years of project management experience in fine jewelry, fashion jewelry or luxury product development.
• Experience working with North American luxury brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of stainless steel jewelry materials, manufacturing processes and product development workflows.
• Experience managing cross-border projects between US clients and Asian manufacturing teams is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in New York.
