Location: New York
North Star Earth & Space is seeking a VP Controller to own day-to-day accounting and external reporting for a newly public, multi-entity, multi-currency company. You will lead the close process, SEC/CSA filings, and act as the primary technical accounting authority with auditors and counsel.
You will guide SOX controls, ERP implementation, and governance reporting while collaborating with the CFO and cross-border teams in a hybrid work setup.
