A rapidly growing and innovative nonprofit organization is seeking an exceptional President / Chief Executive Officer to lead day-to-day operations and help shape the future of one of the region's most impactful family-centered organizations.

This is far more than a traditional executive leadership role. It is an opportunity to build and scale an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families through education, recreation, inclusion, and community engagement.

The organization is entering an exciting phase of growth, including facility expansion, strategic partnerships, capital initiatives, and the development of next-generation programs and experiences.

The President/CEO will serve as the organization's operational leader, working in partnership with the Founder and Board while maintaining full authority and accountability for all day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will build high-performing teams, implement scalable systems, drive organizational excellence, and create an exceptional experience for every child, family, employee, and community partner.

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the organization
• Develop and execute strategic and operational priorities
• Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional leaders and staff
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, facilities, and operational performance
• Establish key performance indicators and measurable goals
• Strengthen organizational systems, processes, and infrastructure
• Ensure outstanding customer and community experiences
• Partner closely with the Founder on long-term strategy, expansion, and organizational growth
• Foster relationships with community leaders, donors, and strategic partners

• Proven executive leadership experience managing complex organizations
• Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience leading through growth and organizational change
• Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented leadership style
