BGC Group is seeking a US Head of Enterprise Risk Management to design and implement a comprehensive operational risk framework. You will embed risk practices across the firm, lead risk programs, and partner with Front Office and support functions to ensure issue escalation and remediation are timely and effective.
You will manage cross-entity rollout, drive risk policy adherence, and champion risk awareness through training and programs for Senior Management and the Executive Committee.
