Location: New York

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Of Administration to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location:

New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Directors of Administration across all office locations, ensuring operational consistency
  • Collaborate with CFO and leadership to develop and implement administrative strategies and policies
  • Cultivate a high-performing administrative culture aligned with the firm’s values
  • Evaluate and improve administrative structures and workflows for enhanced efficiency
  • Oversee the national real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations and occupancy strategies
  • Manage all aspects of facilities management, including renovations and capital projects
  • Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes for facilities operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in administration, real estate and/or facilities management within professional services
  • Experience overseeing multi-location office operations and leading large, distributed teams
  • Deep knowledge of real estate strategy, lease administration, space planning, and facilities operations
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management expertise
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams
  • Superior communication skills to influence various stakeholders
