Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the Power Equipment scope provided by GEV project
- Direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium - large sized projects
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline
- Acts as a best practice/quality resource
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
- Makes decisions or solves moderately complex tasks in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) and PMP licensed)
- At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
- Min. 5 years of Project Management Experience
- Deep knowledge of Combine Cycle /HD Power Generation Products
- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
