Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new client relationships through proactive business development efforts.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships and ensure that we best meet our clients’ requirements for dispute support work.
- Ensure proposals focus on our clients’ requirements and our ability to meet them, and that our proposals stay ahead of the market by incorporating clients’ feedback and service innovation.
- Represent Control Risks at dispute and litigation support focused events in coordination with global disputes strategic leadership.
- Delivery of consulting excellence – maintaining and developing market leading position as leading dispute intelligence firm globally.
- Develop and maintain a significant profile in the investigations and asset tracing industry.
- Manage and grow disputes and litigation support strategy across USA and Americas, including fostering the professional development of existing team members and identifying skills gaps in the team.
- 10+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, investigations or white‑collar crime.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding of dispute support services and the framework processes of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
- Selling complex investigation and dispute support services for legal counsel across practice areas including commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory and governance, insolvency and restructuring, white collar crime, eDiscovery and forensic investigations.
- Implementing clear, objective led strategic plans to target particular client groups and service offerings.
- Identifying and growing new client relationships and growing a practice around this.
- Trusted advisor relationships with decision makers within relevant client groups.
- Innovating services and successfully taking these to clients.
- Effective communication skills required in order to communicate complex concepts, both orally and in writing, with clients internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to think laterally in order to address problems facing our clients.
