Black Line is seeking a Manager, Customer Success in New York to define and lead a customer success program for a segment of onboarded clients. You will supervise and train a team of CSMs, hire new staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure customers achieve adoption and value from Black Line products.
You will leverage accounting and process-improvement expertise to develop strategies, deliver webinars and executive touchpoints, and collaborate with account teams to expand ACV while reducing churn.
