Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager to lead the expansion of Day Hab (Day Habilitation) and Com Hab (Community Habilitation) services at our center in Brooklyn, NY 11210. This pivotal role involves overseeing program growth, ensuring high-quality service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities, and fostering strong relationships with community partners. The Program Manager will drive strategic planning, manage staff supervision, and coordinate resources to create an inclusive, engaging environment that promotes independence and community integration.

- Manage the expansion of Day Hab and Com Hab programs at the center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs
- Develop comprehensive program strategies that promote participant engagement, skill development, and community integration
- Supervise staff teams and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Ensure efficient use of resources to sustain high-quality services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants’ families, community agencies, healthcare providers, and funding bodies to support seamless service delivery
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies
- Coordinate staff training initiatives focused on behavioral health best practices, social work principles, and person-centered care approaches
- Management experience with a background in program development within social services or related fields
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage families, community partners, and team members effectively
- Strong administrative skills including documentation, reporting, and compliance oversight
- Experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of behavioral health strategies and person-centered planning methods
- Ability to manage innovative programs that enhance participant independence and community participation

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
