Serve as the primary interface between Program Management, Capture, Engineering, Pricing, Compliance, Obsolescence Management, and suppliers.
Develop subcontract Statements of Work (SOWs), specifications, and ensure proper prime contract flow-down requirements.
Support Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) proposal submissions, required disclosures, negotiations, and contract award activities.
Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, scope, and contractual requirements.
Manage supplier Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), and supplier risk mitigation activities.
Lead cross-functional Subcontract Management Teams (SMTs) to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives are achieved.
Establish supplier communication strategies, conduct risk assessments, and support supplier onboarding and program kickoff.
Drive supplier performance throughout execution to ensure contractual commitments and program objectives are met.
