In the midst of the bustle and fast-paced rhythm of downtown, right at the heart of Tribeca, there is an oasis of tranquility exclusively designed to balance mind and body. Located at a restored historical building, originally an 1883 textile factory, the AIRE experience consists of an unforgettable journey through sensations across the various baths with water at different temperatures that will transport you to the ancient times of the Roman, Greek, and Ottoman traditions.

The Role:

As the Links Manager you will lead the daily operation of the bathhouse guest experience and oversee the performance, development, and success of the Links (spa attendants) team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a seamless guest journey that reflects the AIRE brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience
  • Oversee and ensure a seamless environment and atmosphere that supports the delivery of treatments and the overall bathhouse experience, in alignment with AIRE guidelines and style book.

  • Ensure all (20) team members are properly trained and consistently uphold AIRE’s luxury service standards and guest experience expectations.

  • Evaluate compliance with protocols and service standards across the Links team.

  • Proactively identify, address, and resolve any issues or situations that may impact the guest experience.

  • Ensure the successful implementation of new company protocols, guest experiences, and operational processes.

Operations & Department Management
  • Lead the daily operation of the Spa Attendant department, ensuring smooth service flow and operational readiness.

  • Conduct daily briefings with the Spa Attendant team and operational departments to communicate key priorities, including VIP guests, maintenance incidents, groups, and other operational updates.

  • Oversee the coordination of treatments based on Massage Therapist schedules and guest requests.

  • Assign Massage Therapists to treatment rooms and manage room readiness throughout the day.

  • Manage the booking and scheduling system GEM to support service flow and departmental organization.

  • Oversee inventory and stock levels for products and supplies in the bath and massage areas.

  • Prepare weekly reports for management regarding incidents, operational improvements, and departmental needs.

  • Support PR and Marketing initiatives by assisting with the presentation of the Tribeca facility for events and activations.

  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversee daily cross-functional operations when required.

People Management
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of the Spa Attendant team.

  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and formal performance reviews.

  • Foster a team culture built on collaboration, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.

  • Plan and supervise daily team responsibilities and staffing coverage.

  • Manage schedules, including shifts, holidays, callouts, and night coverage.

  • Design and implement annual training and development plans for the department.

  • Prepare and lead monthly team meetings and weekly supervisor meetings to review operational priorities, team performance, service standards, and development opportunities.

Who You Are:
  • 3 years of experience providing direct customer service.

  • 2 years leading a team within the hospitality, fitness, or wellness industry.

  • Experience in a luxury business and/or spa, preferred.
