Creative Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team. This person will create strong working relationships with internal team members, external clients, and client partners.

• Develop project timeline and plan to ensure creative is concepted, produced, and delivered on time to the highest quality.
• Partner with Department Leads to align appropriate resources to the work, ensuring they are available and present at the appropriate times throughout project life cycles.
• Review all materials for accuracy before delivery to the client.
• Manage and communicate project milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks and elevate them to key stakeholders appropriately.
• Facilitate all project-related meetings for relevant teams.
• Maintain the upkeep of project management software.
• Manage required project documentation and assets.

• Must have 5+ years of successful implementation and management of ongoing digital and traditional marketing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working in a creative agency and communicating directly with clients.
• Strong eye for detail when reviewing creative and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps.
