  • Develop scenarios, strategic frameworks, and decision materials that help senior leadership evaluate choices under uncertainty.
  • Synthesize business unit strategies, financial plans, market developments, and enterprise priorities into a coherent long-range plan.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear priorities, recommendations, and actionable plans.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and, as appropriate, ownership-facing audiences.

  • Establish approaches for assessing progress against enterprise priorities and major strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and business unit leaders on high-priority business questions and enterprise challenges.
  • Lead selected internal strategy engagements and cross-functional initiatives, structuring ambiguous problems, directing analysis, and developing practical recommendations.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, growth platforms, and operating models, including the development of business cases and market assessments.
  • Provide an independent enterprise perspective and help ensure that major initiatives and investments align with broader League priorities.
  • Work closely with the 32 Equity team to identify and evaluate investment themes, market developments, and strategic opportunities relevant to the League.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of corporate strategy professionals, setting clear standards for analytical rigor, business judgment, and executive communication.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness, analytical rigor, and stakeholder engagement of the League’s long-range planning and corporate strategy processes.
