Ecosystem & Community Lead

Greenfield Partners is looking for an Ecosystem and Community Lead to join our New York team. This role will build and activate a network of advisors, senior operators, founders, and industry experts across Greenfield’s priority sectors, working closely with the investment team and portfolio-company leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a high-quality network of senior operators, founders, industry executives, and experts across Greenfield's sectors of focus.
• Build the systems and processes needed to manage advisor relationships, introductions, engagement, and outcomes.
• Partner with Greenfield's investment team and portfolio companies to match advisors and executives with the highest-value opportunities: market research, diligence, strategic discussions, mentorship, commercial introductions, executive searches, project-based work, and formal advisory or board roles.
• Plan and execute curated advisor-network events across New York, San Francisco, and Tel Aviv, including dinners, round tables, and small-group sessions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in venture capital, a tech company, or a startup environment
• High level of motivation, curiosity, and interest in technology and startups
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Based in NYC; in office 5 days a week
