Clean Energy Program New York,  New York We seek a dynamic, motivated and organized Hub Manager to join Earthjustice’s Clean Energy Program, directly supporting the Director of Emerging Issues and staff across the organization who are engaging in issues of load growth. The Hub Manager will support projects, streamline and implement processes, manage workflows and information, and move initiatives along. The role will set agendas, convene stakeholders, facilitate meetings, keep minutes and report out decisions and follow up tasks.

Earthjustice’s Clean Energy Program litigates and advocates in state and federal courts and before energy regulators across the country to advance an equitable clean energy transition. Our work includes expanding and increasing access to clean energy resources; advocating for the closure of coal-fired power plants; opposing efforts to build new gas-fired power plants; and advocating for the cleanup of coal waste.  

We represent and partner with diverse clients individually and as part of coalitions.

This position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

This position is term limited to two years. The Hub Manager is expected to work a full-time (37.5 hours/week) schedule, and will work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 1 day in-office per week in our New York office. This is not a remote position.## Responsibilities:
** Operational Improvements and Project Coordination  – 40%
*** Coordinate closely with with the Director of Emerging Issues and a core team of staff working on load growth issues to project manage and implement cross-team initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables built and outcomes achieved.
* Support the coordination of legal and non-legal staff throughout Earthjustice across offices connected to this body of work. Maximize effectiveness and organizational alignment by mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, establishing shared work plans, measuring progress, and communicating objectives and key results.
* Help coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the group, set agendas, design, and drive team processes, run effective meetings, and work with staff to ensure informed, transparent, and timely decision-making. Serve as point of contact for scheduling working group meetings, events, and video/conference calls.
* Assess and refine operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
** Collaboration, Communications and Change Management – 40%
*** Maintain, curate, and lead operational improvements in internal communications spaces and resource-sharing platforms to foster collaboration and cooperation across teams.
