Retail & Store Manager
You are a hands-on retail leader who knows how to run a multi-market business and drive sales and profitability through strong in-store execution across the East Coast and Canada. You lead people, coaching District Managers and store leaders, setting clear expectations, and building high-performing teams that deliver results. You stay close to the field, using store visits and data to understand the business, solve problems quickly, and adjust when needed.
You’re commercially minded, collaborative, and decisive, with a strong focus on accountability, execution, and developing talent across your region.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and manage territory, district and store goals; track the progress of each district to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are met
- Work closely with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to provide input and develop strategies to support the goals of the business, approaching opportunities with a solution and growth mindset
- Frequent store visits to ensure business acumen and accountability as well as compliance of policies, store standards, visual and customer service standards as well as
- Analyze and monitor expenses and sales figures to maximize store profitability
- Partner with Sr. DM/DM/AM/Store Managers to identify events and business opportunities in individual markets
- Analyze metrics by district to create strategies to drive results
- Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent for the region that is appropriate for each district
- Partner with HR/Sr. DMs/DMs on performance management and talent development
- Communicate effectively company objectives to Sr. DM/DM/Store Management team
You’ll Need to Have:
- 10+ years of relevant retail experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience leading high-volume, multi-unit retail environments across multiple markets
