Nationwide is seeking a Large Loss Manager to lead a property claims unit in a defined geographic area. You will supervise performance, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate with Human Resources and claims leadership to plan the workforce for the year.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex property claims, manage reserves, and oversee onboarding and development of associates. A strong leadership background and deep claims knowledge are required.
