Your responsibilities

As an Office Manager at Ekimetrics, you will play a central role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace while supporting the company’s continued growth, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and responsible operations. You will oversee daily office operations, facilities, logistics, vendor management, and budgeting while ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and operational excellence. Acting as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders, you will partner closely with Finance, People, and IT teams on onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives.

You will also manage office events, internal rituals, and corporate apartment operations, coordinating logistics and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.

Office Operations, Safety & Workplace Excellence
  • Implement and uphold office policies, health, and safety procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Oversee space planning, furniture, and equipment allocation.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well‑organized office environment.
Logistics, Facilities & Vendor Management
  • Manage office supplies, swag, and equipment for new hires and internal activities.
  • Coordinate vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and facility services.
  • Handle corporate apartment operations, including booking schedules, access, and cleaning coordination.
  • Negotiate with vendors and track related expenses.
Financial Oversight & Sustainability (ESG)
  • Track the office budget and prepare expense reports.
  • Monitor costs, manage financial documentation, and support vendor budgeting.
  • Contribute to ESG reporting by tracking operational data related to office management and sustainability initiatives.
Stakeholder Experience, Collaboration & Events
  • Act as the primary liaison for office visitors, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
  • Partner with People and IT teams on onboarding and offboarding logistics.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for internal events and office rituals (monthly, quarterly, DEIB, seminars, strategy sessions, etc.).
  • Manage scheduling of recurring internal meetings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align logistics with event objectives.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and office infrastructure.
  • Experience with budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ability to plan and execute internal events.
  • Experience with global, multi‑stakeholder management and coordination across teams for employee experience initiatives.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
