Warby Parker - - Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 8-10 Retail Advisors to deliver outstanding customer experiences;
Oversee store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory management;
Develop and implement processes to improve customer service and shopping experience;
Lead daily shift meetings and end-of-shift round tables, plus additional meetings as needed;
Support biannual performance reviews with Store Leader and Associate Store Leader;
Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training;
Foster an inclusive, service-minded work culture;
Achieve sales targets by coaching and developing the team
