The OpportunityPepsi Co is hiring a Sustainable Agriculture Goal Governance Manager to lead governance, capacity building, data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across three of its Positive Agriculture goals.
The role will oversee Pepsi Co's Sustainable Sourcing;
Regenerate, Restore and Protect; and Livelihoods goals, supporting delivery of the company's pep+ 2030 ambitions.
This is a global sustainability leadership role combining sustainable agriculture, supply chains, ESG governance, human rights, data management, assurance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
.
The successful candidate will also manage Pepsi Co's Sustainable Farming Program, coordinate annual goal reporting, work across regions and functions, and help translate global sustainability goals into practical implementation across diverse agricultural contexts.
What You'll Do Lead Positive Agriculture Goal GovernanceManage governance, capacity building, data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement for Pepsi Co's three Positive Agriculture goals.
Support the delivery of Sustainable Sourcing, Regenerate, Restore and Protect, and Livelihoods commitments across Pepsi Co's global operations and supply chain.
Manage the Sustainable Farming ProgramLead Pepsi Co's Sustainable Farming Program, which serves as the company's internal assurance standard for sustainably sourced directly purchased crops.
Support the continued development and effective implementation of the program across relevant agricultural supply chains.
Manage Reporting & DataOversee annual reporting of Positive Agriculture goal progress.
Coordinate internal stakeholders involved in reporting and ensure that sustainability data is appropriately managed and communicated.
Use Excel and other data systems to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Strengthen Governance & ImplementationProvide guidance to Pepsi Co teams responsible for implementing sustainability goals.
Help teams interpret governance requirements and apply them effectively within local contexts.
Balance robust governance requirements with pragmatic implementation that can deliver measurable impact on the ground.
Coordinate Global StakeholdersAct as a central coordination and knowledge-management point for Positive Agriculture initiatives.
Work with project managers, reporting teams, controls, legal teams, Human Rights specialists, and regional teams to coordinate goal delivery.
Support alignment across regions and agricultural commodities.
Human Rights & Social SustainabilityBring human rights considerations into Positive Agriculture initiatives and collaborate with Pepsi Co's Human Rights team.
The role requires direct experience working on global human rights topics and an understanding of how social sustainability issues interact with agricultural supply chains.
External EngagementMonitor developments in regenerative agriculture, restoration and protection, sustainable sourcing, livelihoods, and related sustainability practices.
Bring external insights into Pepsi Co's strategy and help inform the evolution of its sustainability goals.
Represent Pepsi Co at industry forums when required, helping maintain the credibility and relevance of its approach.
Manage one team member and external consultants as required.
Provide direction, coordination, and support to ensure global sustainability initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements Core QualificationsMore than eight years of experience in corporate sustainability, agriculture, supply chains, or closely related fields.
More than two years of direct experience working on global human rights topics

Experience working across at least two geographic regions.
Experience working with diverse agricultural systems, including both smallholder and large-holder farming models.
Technical ExpertiseExtensive knowledge of sustainability certification schemes and benchmarks, including the Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA).
Knowledge of auditing, verification, certification, and remediation protocols.
