Location: New York
Nory is hiring a Head of Customer Success (AI‑First) to lead our US CS function from New York. You will own outcomes and commercial impact, drive retention and expansion, and guide the customer lifecycle from adoption through renewal with a focus on AI-enabled processes.
You will build a scalable CS organization, recruit and develop an AI‑first team, and partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Support to ensure customers realize value and growth as Nory scales in North America.
