Project Manager – Markets & Securities Services Operations

12-Month Contract | Expected to Extend Up to 2 Years

Russell Tobin & Associates is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Markets & Securities Services Operations team supporting strategic and regulatory change initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, working with senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives from planning through successful implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from inception through implementation and go-live
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Front Office, and global stakeholders
• Lead working groups and provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders
• Manage competing priorities and resolve project roadblocks
• Develop project plans, status reports, governance materials, and project documentation
• Ensure projects remain aligned with global objectives, timelines, and governance standards
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful delivery
• Support change initiatives across people, processes, and technology

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects or programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with in financial services, banking, or markets operations
• Understanding of Global Markets products
  , including Debt, Equity, FX, and Money Markets
• Knowledge of the front-to-back trade lifecycle
  , including confirmations/affirmations, collateral, reconciliations, and post-trade operations
• Experience managing RAID logs, project governance, milestones, and reporting
• Ability to lead teams through tight deadlines and complex go-live requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working across business, operations, and technology teams
