Riveron is seeking a Director for Capital Markets Services to lead IPO readiness and de-SPAC engagements, interfacing with CFOs, Controllers and PE sponsors. The role focuses on complex accounting and financial reporting for public company transitions.
You will own engagements end-to-end, guide S-1/S-4 work streams, coordinate with underwriters and auditors, and mentor a growing team while expanding Riveron’s capital markets presence. Travel up to 30% is expected.
