Data Centre Commissioning Manager – Electrical

• Manage the commissioning process and collaborate with stakeholders to implement and manage ongoing commissioning programs
• Support commissioning activities and ensure each project adheres to the CDC governance framework
• Work within and champion the CDC governance framework across data centre projects
• Develop and implement project-specific commissioning plans and programs with the Development team
• Provide commissioning expertise and oversight from design review and factory acceptance through project completion, handover and operational readiness
• Develop, maintain and improve commissioning standards, documentation and processes
• Collaborate with CDC stakeholders to identify improvements in commissioning deliverables
• Monitor industry standards regarding commissioning strategies for potential incorporation into CDC practices
• Engage stakeholders to ensure commissioning plans meet their needs and clarify requirements
• Ensure CDC commissioning testing standards are maintained throughout the commissioning process
• Arrange vendor training for CDC personnel operating CDC facilities
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager, Facilities and Operations teams and other relevant parties regarding handover and acceptance of completed projects
• Liaise with customers, general contractors, independent commissioning agents and consultants

• Minimum 5 years experience as a commissioning manager
• Demonstrable successful record on similar-scale projects
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to quickly recognise issues or foresee and navigate risk early
• Sound knowledge of key stakeholder requirements
• Ability to communicate through ACONEX, PROCORE and BIM model
• Australian citizen
• Ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance

Demonstrates extensive experience in managing commissioning processes and developing project-specific commissioning plans while ensuring adherence to the CDC governance framework. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and maintain high standards in commissioning documentation and practices.
