Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000

Pay Type: Base salary plus commission

Earning Potential: $150,000+ OTE

All Tire & Service is hiring an experienced Service Advisor Manager to lead the front of the house at its Page Ave location.

You’ll coach advisors, improve customer experience, increase ARO ethically, and create a consistent workflow between the service and technician teams.

• Lead a high-volume service drive
• Coach and train Service Advisors
• Improve customer flow and retention
• Build trust and communicate clearly with customers
• Increase sales and ARO ethically
• Create structure, consistency, and accountability
• Improve workflow between advisors and technicians

• Five or more years of Service Advisor experience
• Two or more years of leadership or management experience
• Automotive industry experience
• Proven ability to increase sales and customer retention
• Strong communication and team-leadership skills
• Ability to coach and train advisors
• Organized, process-driven mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

All Tire & Service operates multiple high-volume locations across Staten Island and New Jersey. The Page Ave location has an established customer base and services approximately 850 vehicles per month
, including Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.

The location handles a high volume of inspections and is investing in stronger leadership, advisor performance, customer flow, and operational consistency.

Shop systems include:Tire Shop/Freedom SMS, Steer CRM, Auto Ops

• $80,000–$90,000 base salary
