Salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually

Med Staff Group is seeking an experienced Regional Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of two healthcare office locations in Brooklyn and Queens.
This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership position requiring the manager to divide their time between both locations. The ideal candidate has strong medical practice management experience and can effectively manage staff, provider schedules, documentation processes, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full operational oversight for both office locations
- Travel regularly between the Brooklyn and Queens offices
- Supervise, support, and manage administrative and clinical office staff
- Manage provider schedules and ensure appropriate coverage across both locations
- Monitor daily office operations and quickly address workflow or staffing issues
- Oversee documentation processes and ensure records are completed accurately and on time
- Develop and implement efficient operational policies, procedures, and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, communication, and patient flow
- Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership
- Track operational performance and ensure each office meets established expectations
- Assist with strategic planning and future office expansion
- Maintain consistent standards and accountability across both locations
- Previous healthcare or medical practice management experience required
- Experience overseeing multiple office locations strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills
- Experience coordinating provider schedules and clinical operations
- Knowledge of medical office documentation and workflow processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of operations - Ability to travel regularly between Brooklyn and Queens
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare practice-management systems preferred
- $125,000–$140,000 annually
- Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
