This role will own how DAZN US shows up across social platforms, from always‑on publishing and live‑event coverage to talent, creators, original formats and major brand moments. You’ll lead a US team and work closely with Brand, Content, Editorial, PR, Partnerships and local market teams to turn the biggest moments in sport into conversation, fandom and growth.

Social Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the social and digital content strategy for DAZN’s growing portfolio of U.S. regional sports properties, developing a unified approach to audience growth, engagement, programming, and distribution.
- Lead and manage the New York-based social team, including social media managers, programmers, producers, editors, and creators.
- Establish the strategic vision, priorities, workflows, and operating model for the team, while empowering managers and team leads to own day‑to‑day execution.
- Develop platform‑specific strategies across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Serve as the senior social leader for the U.S. regional sports business, partnering closely with DAZN leadership and teams across content, marketing, production, analytics, product, commercial, and partnerships.
- Develop and oversee social programming strategies across live sports, highlights, studio programming, original content, talent, and on‑demand programming.
- Create programming frameworks that balance real‑time sports coverage with original, social‑first, evergreen, and audience‑driven content.
- Identify opportunities to turn existing sports rights and programming into differentiated social franchises, recurring formats, and audience growth engines.
- Develop scalable programming models that can be applied across new teams, leagues, markets, and regional sports partnerships as DAZN's U.S. portfolio expands.
- Ensure social strategy and distribution are integrated into the content development process from the outset.
- Develop strategies to grow and deepen DAZN's relationship with local sports fans, using social as a key driver of awareness, engagement, and audience acquisition.
- Build strategies that extend the reach of existing regional sports audiences while introducing DAZN content and programming to new audiences.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to align organic social programming with broader audience acquisition and subscription objectives.
- Develop innovative approaches to community building, fan participation, creator partnerships, and talent‑led programming.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging formats, creator trends, and evolving fan behaviors to continuously improve DAZN's social approach.
- Establish best‑in‑class social strategies around live games, major sporting moments, breaking news, and tentpole events.
- Oversee real‑time programming across game days, including pre‑game, live, post‑game, highlights, analysis, talent, and fan engagement.
- Develop differentiated strategies for maximizing the social value of major events and extending audience engagement beyond the live window.
