Consulting - Senior Manager

Role Overview

Seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead in designing and managing complex employee benefit plans within a dynamic global reward services practice. This position involves

• Supporting plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking
• Serving as project manager and primary client contact, coordinating across teams
• Maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff
• Managing engagement risks, compliance, billing, and budgeting
• Identifying new client opportunities and presenting recommendations
• Contributing to market and business development activities

• Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of recent experience in employer benefit strategies
• Bachelor's degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or advanced degrees like MBA or certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP, GPHR)
• Experience leading large client engagements and managing service teams
• Deep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, and carriers; consulting experience a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to review quantitative work, develop junior staff, and articulate complex information
• Willingness to work at client sites and travel as needed
