As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, managing technicians, dispatchers, service coordinators, and maintenance operations. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, supporting customers, and ensuring the service team continues to deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a large HVAC service operation
- Oversee technicians, dispatchers, and service coordinators
- Support daily scheduling, workflow, and customer needs
- Improve service processes and operational efficiency
- Work closely with leadership to support company growth
- Manage maintenance and service activities across multiple accounts
What We're Looking For
- HVAC field experience
- 5+ years in a service management or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service operations, and technicians
- Experience managing a large team
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
