Role
Regional Director of Oncology Sales for Head and Neck Cancer, leading a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists to drive sales of Natera’s Signatera MRD test, focusing on Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgery, and Pathology stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and coach a team of 10;
- Develop and execute strategic business plans;
- Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in academic and community settings;
- Represent Natera’s technology at high levels;
- Support product distribution and market expansion;
- Ensure compliance training;
- Support multiple oncology products.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences;
- MBA preferred;
- 10+ years in oncology or diagnostic sales, with 5+ years leadership experience;
- Background in Radiation Oncology, Surgery, H&N, or related fields;
- Experience in pathology or hematologic malignancies preferred.
- Strategic thinking, team leadership, market development, and excellent communication;
- Proficiency in CRM tools including Salesforce;
- Willing to travel 75%.
