For our client, we are seeking an Office Director of Operations to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee day‑to‑day office operations and help drive disciplined execution across planning, budgeting, staffing, and workplace improvements. The Office Director of Operations will partner closely with leadership, HR, and finance stakeholders to strengthen accountability and support efficient delivery.
This is a highly visible position with responsibility for operational performance, financial stewardship, and the effectiveness of the office environment in a fast‑paced construction‑related setting.
Location:
New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $259,608 – $414,698 annually
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate operational office processes
- Monitor performance through project reviews and client audits
- Establish and manage the office operating budget
- Drive accountability for key office delivery approaches
- Coordinate with division staff on budget matters
- Manage staffing plans and coordinate with HR
- Responsible for office planning, leasing, and improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in project or people management
- 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
