Head of Middle Office Services - Fund Services, Investor Services Managing Director

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Middle Office Services - Fund Services, Investor Services Managing Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This senior leadership role will oversee middle office services within a broader investor services organization, with responsibility for setting strategy, driving operating performance, and strengthening client outcomes. The position will partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align service delivery with business priorities, financial goals, and platform evolution. It is a highly visible role that blends operational leadership, commercial oversight, and transformational change across a complex financial services environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep fund services or asset management operations experience, along with the ability to lead through data, technology, and strong stakeholder management. Success in this role will require a balance of strategic thinking and execution discipline to improve efficiency, scale, and overall service performance.

Location:

New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $500,000 annually

• Develop and execute the middle office strategy aligned with the broader investor services strategy
• Own the global P&L for the middle office function and drive improvements through the Monthly Business Review
• Collaborate with partners to develop product roadmaps focused on client experience and financial performance
