We are looking for our future Director in eXalt-FI in New-York.

As co-founder of the NY agency, you will represent eXalt's colors, promoting our offering, opening the Finance of market, building the local team, and putting eXalt on the map.

We will give you full autonomy in building your subsidiary, involving you in strategic development decisions (clients, team, management of your P&L, etc.).

The objective is to build a sustainable team of significant size, with solid partnerships with the leading players, and to open new branches and new verticals.

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in selling services (consulting, IT services firm, specialized consulting firm).

You believe in eXalt — in our talents, in our offerings — and you LOVE sales and recruitment.

Determined and highly personable, you know how to put yourself in your clients' shoes.

You have experience managing sales teams and consultants specialized in Finance or IT sectors.

Attentive to needs, you consistently propose solutions that make sense.
