GISI CG Corporate is seeking a skilled and motivated Regulatory Compliance Counsel to support the design and implementation of critical elements of GISI Consulting Group’s Risk, Compliance, and Audit program. The role supports the Consulting Group’s Operating Companies (OpCos) to respond to immediate risk and legal issues, as well as design strategic program framework components, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical business practices.
This role has enterprise-wide involvement with internal investigations, external regulatory inquiries, third-party risk management, compliance training, and internal audit, all while partnering with teams across the organization to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
This position is largely remote, based out of either Boston, MA, New York City, NY, Philadelphia, PA, or Washington, DC, however travel to GISI’s New York City office will be required several times a month. This role will be posted in these locations, with one position available.

Reporting- This role will report directly to GISI’s Chief Compliance Counsel, and support the Consulting Group’s Chief Legal Officer and operating company leaders to achieve business objectives
- This role is not expected to have supervisory responsibilities initially; however, this may evolve as the function and team needs develop
- Design and maintain enterprise integrity standards, including anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, antitrust, and fair-competition expectations
- Administer and update as needed the Company’s suite of compliance policies
- Contribute to, review, and oversee delivery of integrity and compliance-related training content
- Support the Company’s integrity-related third-party risk program, including due diligence, risk screening, ongoing monitoring, and remediation or disengagement where appropriate for vendors, consultants, and other business partners
- Support client transparency and integrity commitments, including responses to client inquiries, certifications, and audits related to ethics, investigations, conflicts, and third-party integrity risk.
- Support data privacy compliance and data governance guardrails
- Guide responsible use of emerging technology and AI tools across the enterprise
- Support human rights and modern slavery compliance and related disclosures
- Direct and oversee ethics and compliance investigations across the enterprise for matters implicating Company policies and related compliance standards
